תמצית

אחד מבתי האריזה הקטנים בארץ עוסק כיום בגילעון התמרים מסוג "חייאני" , כאשר מדובר על כמות לא קטנה הוצעה בקשה לפיתוח מכונה אוטומטית לגילעון תמרים. לאור העובדה שמדובר בבית אריזה קטן משתמע , שאין צורך בהזנת התמרים למכונה בצורה אוטומטית . הזנת התמרים תעשה ע"י אדם , כאשר המפעל יעמיד פועל אחד או 2 לכול היותר על המכונה , אך אין לשלול את האופציה שבעתיד יממש המפעל את נושא ההזנה האוטומטית . התוצר שמעוניין לקבל המפעל הינו : תמר ללא גרעין , כאשר צורתו החיצונית נשמרת וכמובן קצב עבודה יעיל שמאופיין כמכפיל כוח מזה של אדם האמור להצדיק את קיום המכונה בבית האריזה. בסוף תהליך הגילעון מתקבל תמר ללא גלעין , כאשר צורתו החיצונית נשמרת . התמרים אלו נארזם ע"י אדם /מכונה באריזות אטומות ומיוצאים לשוק בישראל ובחו"ל.

Abstract

One of the smaller Israeli packinghouses de-pits dates of the “Heyani” type. There could be a need to develop an automatic machine to de-pit the dates if one were dealing with fairly large quantities. However, in light of the fact that, as indicated, we are talking of a small packinghouse, at this stage there is no need to automate the feeding of the dates into a machine. Although the feeding of the dates will at present be performed manually, with two workers manning the machine, the factory may in the future consider the option of an automatic feeder. The factory is interested in the following end-product: A pitless date, with its external shape preserved and, of course, an efficient rate of work that is at least double the capability of a person doing the same work in order to justify the existence of such machine in the packinghouse. The end product of the de-pitting process should be a pitless date with its external shape preserved. Such dates will then be packed, either manually or mechanically, and marketed either in Israel or abroad.
